WARNING: Do not read further if you were hungry!
My host parents have a restaurant downstairs. It means they work all the time. They really don’t have much time. I feel sorry for them and the kids that they can’t spend much time together. Aaaaand also for myself that I have to do many things, including ironing things for the restaurant. Sorry this post shouldn’t have been about why owning a restaurant sucks. Let’s see the advantages! It’s quite obvious, isn’t it? Delicious food. Yeah, I eat delicious restaurant food every day. Pizza, chips, hamburgers, pasta, soup, onion rings, hot dog, steak… name it, they have it. So I’m really lucky in that matter. When I’m hungry I just go downstairs and order something. In case I’m with the kids the mum brings upstairs something. That’s right. No cooking for me. Yay. 😀 Also in the restaurant there’s always milk and bread, so I just have to go downstairs for it in the morning. Not to mention the house is full of sweets, chocolates and biscuits. For some reason the kids are not that big fan of them. Sure, they eat sometimes, but to be honest I think I eat more than them…:D Now let’s see a few examples what I usually eat. 😛
